Clip preview for videos isn't correct #15

The clip preview length isn't correct, but this issue goes deeper then just setting the correct duration. The biggest problem is that the timeline FPS and the video FPS aren't always the same.

Almost got this issue fixed.

Fixed by #17 ... probably
