MXF Not working #3

MXF video files have a big problem whilst loading the audio making it sometimes possible to load the video, but sometimes just crashes the player.

After failing to get the audio through swr_resample because "input changed", seek_frame causes a engine crash.

Possible causes:

Works mostly which is good enough for now. The main issue which some of these files have are with audio which has over 2 channels
