Layout: Render Menu

Render menu will need a couple of items to be checked of before this can be closed:

• [x] UI;
• [ ] Zen-mode UI;
• [ ] Basic render presets;
• [ ] Advanced render controls;
• [ ] Local rendering should be working; (This needs FFMPEG)

This is related to the codec support request in issue: #21
