Draft: Include Brazilian Portuguese language

Here's my attempt at localizing GoZen to my language after way too long. ^^'

this Pull Request is marked as a Draft because i was a bit confused about the mention of the Nodes Folder in the Readme file, so i wanna know if i need to edit anything else other than the locales.json file before i can mark this as finished for now.

Thank you for wanting to contribute, at this time many changes are still happening and translations aren't fully implemented yet. We also changed from the json to another format which handles git a bit a better (json does not allow trailing comma's causing merging conflicts every now on then). We use yaml now to solve the trailing comma merge conflicts. Also, all changes should be made on the development branch as the master branch won't get any updates until a first public version. This has been one of the changes I've done for trying to "future proof" the overall project.

I am planning on using some kind of service is the future as that would probably be more convenient. But haven't gotten around to doing the research for that yet. This may be something I'll look into this month during my No zero days November ^^
