Main window #61

Main window has some items/features which need changing because of the new overall structure of the GoZen project. These changes to the main window part can be achieved within a day or so

Nearly finished with the startup arguments part. For the rest to be finished we need to finish the ProjectManager and the way the Project data is being saved so we can pass title + size correctly.

Finished as I moved the startup logic to the project manager instead
