Requires Msys2 with mingw64 toolchain. Install dependencies before compiling:

pacman -S mingw-w64-cross-binutils mingw-w64-x86_64-toolchain mingw-w64-x86_64-scons mingw-w64-x86_64-yasm diffutils make
