How I can i use this i have installed and compiled successfully need to know where is the usage guide for this.

Simple answer, you don't. There is no documentation and the last commit is 3 years old. Maybe you could try sending an email to the address listed in the Readme, but I would not hold my breath. Please let us know if you find anything interesting.
