Abbreviations used, limited info in the readme #1

Hi Jan,

An impressive tool you've made available. I've some problems understanding PV and SFE. What does it mean? And how are they calculated? Sorry that I need to ask. I'm not that familiar with reading Python while I typically use Matlab.

The app decomposes the shape of a surface in so called zernikes terms: Zernike polynomials - Wikipediahttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zernike_polynomials

PV = Peak to Valley. Which is the difference between the maximum and minimum value of the deformed surface SFE = Surface Form Error, which is a average value of the surface deformation.

These terms have nothing to do with python or matlab. It is standard jargon in optics engineering.
