allow user to create an account

implement passport (steam, facebook, twitter, etc etc much more, seems amazing) http://passportjs.org

[x] Server authentication
[x] passportjs implementation
[x] angularjs module
[ ] link passportjs and angularjs
[ ] retrieve internal id from authentication server
[ ] adapt code to allow reconnection
