ruijieclient-svn111的rpm包 #14

另外，偶在koji打了一堆ruijieclient的rpm包，有i586，x86_64，ppc，
ppc64架构的，

还有在家里的ubuntu 
904打了个AMD64的DEB包，忘记了是哪个版本的源代码弄的..

感觉Makefile似乎有点问题吧..那个README不需要特意地专门写出�
��，就跟Changelog
放在一起就OK了..打包的话要另外写一个%file，似乎不太好。
