Solution explorer toolbar #4

Added IDSymbols of SolutionExplorerToolbar and its groups - NavigationGroup and FiltersGroup. I checked the added ids one by one that they appear in the right places.

A very small addition, I want to test the waters, it's my first pull request here. I may add the pictures of these menus into VsctIntellisense repository if I would be allowed to.

vsshlids.h also mentions the NewViewGroup, but I cannot find this "NewView" action anywhere.
