Creating a line graph with ticks specified on xaxis and yaxis

I'm using this site as a reference: 
http://astro.unl.edu/naap/hr/animations/hrExplorer.html

I'm trying to draw the graph according to this link but i can't. I'm trying to 
adapt this chart...see the code: http://jsfiddle.net/NxNXJ/61/

But, I'm not able to change the values of x and y axis.

Can you help me??

Is this a bug in Flot, or a usage question?  If it's a question, you should 
post it to the forum 
(https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/flot-graphs) instead.

If this is a genuine bug or limitation, please explain in a little more detail 
how Flot could be fixed or improved; there are a lot of things going on in your 
example, and it's not clear what you're referring to.
