Wouldn't this just be to connect your commands to a collector command just below the trigger?
When you only use one Manager then it would be the same, just a bit easier, but if you had that possibility for a network that would be far more powerful (although you would have to add a pause of some sort on each jump to prevent infinite calculations)
I think the following mechanic would be a very powerful expansion: Each trigger would need to be named (The use of default names would keep the amount of options you have to set when you create a new one at the level it is now). There would be a new type of flow component that can hand over it's Item/Fluid Stack which it is processing over to any trigger in any Machine Inventory Manager connected to the network by selecting the Manager like you normally select inventorys (should include itself) and giving the name of the trigger. I don't know if it works already but triggers should have the possibility to set their interval to 0 so that they don't operate unless they are called. There will have to be some sort of suffix to access different pins on redstone triggers or just don't make those availible for this functionality.
