Crash with Mekanism Osmium Axe #18

Explaination: When the osmium axe is on the crafting grid on the steve's workshop. It crashes and the axe is gone. Crashed 2 times in a row and we think it is a bug. This bug is from the newly released RR3 pack's test enviroment with one of the sandbox packs.

This seems to be happening to all mekanism tools in all crafting tables, so i'm going to close this issue and reopen an issue on Mekanism side seeing as this is a fault in Mekanism!
