Show a content or provide slot for opened time picker overlay

In the current version, is there a way to add a time picker (hours/minutes) option's header like this? So the user could aware what the opened overlay is

Currently I look at the documentation and I'm not found a solution for this, so I put this issue for feature request. But if this is indeed a feature request, could you help me related to my requirement? So I can implement it right away in my current app, the version I use is 8.5.0. Thanks in advance..
