context

on est encore confronté à la problématique de la COMMUNICATION INTERNE.

La ou je trouve que nous avons trouvé le bon équilibre avec les VULCA MEMBERS

On peine encore à trouver notre équilibre dans les membres qui sont les plus actifs.

Voici ce que nous disons aujourd'hui aux nouveau membre : This whatsapp is the place to reach easier #VulcaMembers before to move and work in a smaller group. (Slack, Github, ...) So please don't spam to much here.

Et il faut avouer qu'on en a convaincu plus d'un de nous rejoindre avec ce côté de temporisation d'un groupe à 100 qui par dans tous les sens.

Nos outils com' interne actuellement sont les suivant :

Et pour moi personnellement j'ai à jongler avec - wechat, signal, telegram, et DM twitter Insta Linkedin en fonction des affinité de chacun.

Comment être résilient à tout ces outils tout en gardant une transparence et un engagement de nos membres ?

La communication c'est la clé de toute construction collective et notre association doit passer par là aussi et trouver ses propres solutions.

objectif

Moi j'aime bien l'idée du chatVideo 1x/mois. Pour faire le bilan et donner la possibilité à tout le monde de se mettre au courant des avancements. C'est pas ce qu'ils font pour fabacademy?

Open for everybody, 2 or 3h max to sumup the month, asking questions, dispatch main tasks in the right team. Then another problem, because re-watching a video of 3h, nobody ain't no time for that. On youtube, we can play with the transcript.. maybe but it's youtube and personally, I don't know about youtube anymore....

But if during the chat, someone take care of creating kind of a PV. (I found something like scribie.com to automate the transcription, not free...) This production in text make sens to be stored on github/vulca for easier consultation. Or Web Scraping.

We close to the solution to solve our issue of distributed collaboration.

For me 2 "videos" options:

  1. Video conference (like meet or blueJeans) --> Only for members --> Montly --> FAQ --> With documentation open source after.

  2. Video live (like Twitch) --> For all our audience --> Program defined through working group (GDV, Language Book, Mapping, ...) --> With documentation open source after.

Proposition de test.

On fait un chat video via hangout avec plusieurs personnes. on chope le flux video avec OBS, on y ajoute le layout vulca et ce qu'on veut. Le flux d'OBS est renvoyé en live dans Twitch vulca.

Un compte gmail vulca a été créé pour twitch, Michael captant (L) va prendre en main cette partie de test.

I'm testing a live on twitch from the broadcast software "streamlab" based on OBS.

doesn't work.... I tried OBS, same problem. I tried update system, reboot, > nope Trying now with Xsplitbroadcaster https://www.xsplit.com/broadcaster

I'll try again at home with a second screen.

Et au final, OBS aussi. Je n'ai plus le problème du choix de l'ecran mais c'est probable que la fonction aie été débloquée en branchant un second moniteur.

@satblip maintrise aussi OBS et me dit que ce genre de soucis peut aussi directement être controlé lors de la définition des sources en ligne de code. Un fichier de paramètre doit se trouver quelque part.

prochain test

On est chaud avec Louis pour faire un premier essai de live sur l'installation OBS et comment utiliser ce system, ce qui permettrai de guider les suivants. Ouais, Louis a en fait déjà tout préparé, les scripts OBS, le matos, il rêve de faire des podcasts/vidcasts depuis longtps. ^^

je test des live perso mais l'objectif est qu'on host via Vulca pour mutualiser la visibilité Faudra réfléchir à la com, pour bien tager le thème des videos. Parce qu'un jour, il y aura bcp de contenu.

oui, certaines portions sont détectées et muter. Elles apparaisent en rouge dans la timeline. Pourtant, dans mon dernier live, j'écoutais que du free. http://dfm.nu/

Faut faire attention à ça si on pense raconter des trucs intéressants.

I was listening a live concert of Wintergatan, twitch didn't mute any sound so live concert could be ok as background music.

note: I have still some problems when using OBS, since I have a laptop highly hightech, I have a dual graphic board NVIDIA + INTEL. It's seems to switch when he want and if I have Nvidia in use as adapter1, I don't see my screenscap. I need to force the use of the intel chips instead. as shown in the log, Intel HD 4000 must be set for adapter 1. Now it's working again. yeah

ok, next problem/ I want to edit flv video produced by OBS.

I'm using davinci resolve. It's not opensource but powerfull, not so much different than premiere and free. https://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/davinciresolve/ I don't want to use cracked adobe product, or adobe product at all actually

But, Resolve doesn't accept .flv files.... shiiiiiit. So on reddit, they advise Handbrake to transcode .flv to .mp4 https://www.reddit.com/r/VideoEditing/comments/3yn9wg/flv_to_davinci_resolve/ https://handbrake.fr/features.php

yeah, that work perfectly. I'm using preset: fast 720p30 image

But, i'm still a huge noob at teaching in live so I'll leave it there. There's no point to edit these video yet. It's crap. ^^ I'm better in markdown

Problem. I have difficulties with webcam, I cannot easily choose to use webcam in OBS or in hangout, then it bug. And hangout take priority on the hardware...

On peut créer des presets de réglage dans OBS, c'est à prévoir.
