positionnement VULCA sur la gouvernance? #8

Open nicolasdb opened 5 years ago

context

We talk a little about how to involve people into the initiative. So, I'm wandering about what is the situation of the governance into the initiative? What is the vision on that? the goals? Who decide? Is it Alex or a group? Who is this group?

objectif

If we want to be open for volunteer, we should have a clear point of vue on how governance work in Vulca. I believe it's the same challenge in every groups, fablabs, makerspace... For example, Noisebridge in USA (hackerspace) they talk about that as the second point just after their vision. https://www.noisebridge.net/wiki/Noisebridge_Vision#Consensus Same for how do we want to protect what we are doing? What kind of Licence? I started to put repository under CC-BY-SA.

proposition

I'll add here some inspiration like noisebridge or documentary or stuff to guide us on how to be a very welcoming community and how to be excellent to each other
