Elaborate the main goal #59

"The goal of the game is to develop an operating system for the Vulcan Academy."

What does this mean? In other words, what are the necessary conditions? (slipping in a definition of meaning consistent with semantic logic here :))

@SeverTopan suggested that we are developing a Model of the Environment. I agree and would refine that to say we are developing a Reasonable Model of the World. (using capitalization here to indicate words that are defined in the Lexicon, maybe that should be an official convention).

Would we want to expand the scope into "create a Reasonable Model of the World, and a guideline for Action within it"? We already dived into pragmatic implications of the World Model with rule 12 (#33).

I would say the guidelines (preferences, values, norms, etc) are included in the Model.

Makes sense, I guess "expected actions" are a Model to begin with.
