Tag#show page should show family, if applicable

Motivation Once we get #1039 and #1045 done, let's have a way of navigating to the other tags within a family when you view a given tag. Having the icons be big buttons would be nice. e.g. on Fix: Small tag, we should be able to click on Fix: Big
