Change "id" and "name" in template schema to be more self-explanatory

The way that id and name were a little confusing to me. The name field is the one that goes into the YML, right? Maybe key instead of name?

the ID field is legacy from a very early implementation. Acceptance Criteria

• remove "id" node
• rename "name" node to "key" and update tool to reference the new node name
