Description

When the user clicks on a tag, or multiple tags, the UI shows a list of vulnerabilities that have those tags.

Details

This is the front-end feature. The API endpoint is #1091.

By default, no list is shown
If I select a tag, the list shows up on the side and the vulnerability data is listed
If I select another tag in the same family (i.e. a "sibling" tag), it deselects the first tag
If I select a tag again, it deslects the tag
If I select additional tags from a different family, that tag gets added to the filter
If any of the selected tags are adjacent to each other in columns, highlight the arc between them (darker color or something)

Whenever the state changes, we can run a new ajax call against the API to populate the list
