Overview

In the tag trends visualization, there should be dropdowns for all of the tag supported families.

When the state changes, we can hit the API again to get the new counts
Supported families are listed in the #1040 issue
The families are more of a url-friendly slug format, so we hardcode a more friendly name for them in this feature, e.g. lifetime would be Lifetime
