Every tag family has an implicit "none of the above" group that we could show. For example, the "bounty" tag is a family-of-one, so so if there 2,000 vulnerabilities in the database and 500 of them had bounties, then we know that 1500 did not.
Add a checkbox that would show an "others" category across all the families. We don't need to list the vulnerabilities in that category, but showing them on the visual would be helpful.
