Any licensing for the new homepage? #1131

Motivation

In merging in #1130, it occurs to me that there might be some copyrights or acknowledgements we should add to our Licensing page.

Tasks

[ ] Go over the changes in #1130 and check with the design folks if we need/should acknowledge anything in our Licensing page
[ ] If there are any, just comment here. If not, go ahead and close this.
