Tag Trends polishing

Motivation

This is the issue where we'll track all the little things to improve for Tag Trends.

Tasks

• [x] Use the display name instead of shortnames throughout the UI, e.g. instead of "language-c" use "Language: C"
• [x] Remove all reference to the word "Family" or the number "Family 1" etc.
• [x] Make the table title reflect what is there
• [x] Add an "about this diagram" section along the side that is hidden by default
• [ ] Include "about these tags" in the "about" that has the description of each tag. (We need to add a "short_description" to tags schema, see other issue about this)
• [x] Add help text somewhere on how to use the controls
• [ ] When you hover over a path, increase its size by about 10% and add a drop shadow (just CSS transforms and animation)
• [ ] In the tooltip for when you hover over a path, show the short_description of that tag too
• [x] If I Ctrl+Click a tag in the diagram, I go to that tag's page
• [x] Add a dropdown with presets that we have curated. It's ok for the presets to be hardcoded.
• [x] Allow for the dropdowns to be set by the URL, so that we can link to this from elsewhere (e.g. in tag articles and other articles)
• [ ] Allow for vertical reordering of tags by dragging (low priority - this might be a stretch goal, but it's on my someday-wishlist)
• [x] Add buttons to swap adjacent two columns. This would trigger a full refresh since it's a new query. Hide these buttons by default.
• [x] At the bottom of the diagram show the number of "other" vulnerabilities without any tag from that family (i.e. the total number of vulns in VHP minus the total number in that family). Hide this by default.
• [x] Show the tag icon in the diagram. Maybe as a white outline inside the rectangle?

@JoshuaHAvi Here's what I've got at the moment. I might have more. Some of these are super easy, others might warrant a whole separate issue to explain/track.

List looks good @andymeneely. The only one I would be iffy on is: When you hover over a path, increase its size by about 10% and add a drop shadow (just CSS transforms and animation) because sometimes it makes it harder to see other data nearby, but that's just a nitpick. All in all a good list.

FWIW, loved the idea of allowing the dropdowns to be selectable by URL. May even want a button that, given the current view, generates and copies to the clipboard that URL so users can create the tag trend they want, then grab the URL for external use.
