Motivation

On the vulnerabilities#show page, we'd like to have a tab that shows vulnerabilities similar to these:

Details

Make the #show page match the mock up

Place the button on the #show page.
The button brings up a table within the page
Build this in JS asynchronously, making a call to respective api and populating once you get the result
