YML output page should have a link to GitHub pull request #1167

I added two "important links" at the top of the curation tool - one to nvd.nist.gov and the other to the YML file on github. In the View Yaml page we should have a button that takes you to the yaml page too.

I agree. It could be confusing to the user however, if your "in progress" YML differs from the YML in the repo. maybe some language to clarify?
