Phoron Bomb Demolition

Brief description of the issue

Phoron Bombs (ie ones made in Toxins) don't seem to have any effect on the surface, don't destroy rock or damage the ground. They function in the test area.

What you expected to happen

Phoron bombs with identical specs should work identically in the testing area to the surface.

What actually happened

Bomb didn't cause any damage to the rocks or ground, making their alleged use (rapid demolition of terrain for quick mining) unworkable.

Steps to reproduce

• (Step 1) Make a Phoron Bomb
• (Step 2) Test to verify it works in the testing area
• (Step 3) Make another with the same gases.
• (Step 4) Set it off on the surface.
