This PR will remove all basic and blatant references to KHI within item names and descriptions. In addition, the random ATC chatter will no longer include KHI ships. The KHI uniforms however, remain within the loadout. Snowflake custom items from upstream are also untouched.

This PR is needed as KHI is non-canon within our lore.

Citadel has a PR with changes like this, I would really really like to get rid of all the nanite fetish stuff with this too, I wouldn't mind having some of the changes from their's, either.

If nobody has any objections, I'll be merging this shortly. If we want nanites to be cleaned up, we can do that in another PR.
