Move Win32 dependant files to seperate folder #118

I know this project probably doesn't have any plans for being cross-platform but it would be nice to move all the icon, resource scripts and general windows related things into a seperate folder.

We do at some point, though now it's a bit problematic as we went insane trying to get a lot of Win32 working lol

Works excellent in WINE though!
