Review Premium commands and features

It's been so long since i last worked on this, I need to review it and re-evaluate where I'm at with it.

The purpose of this ticket is to create a new "Premium" Milestone and flood it with new related Issues so that I and anyone watching can track the progress.

Any issues not created before closing this ticket are not within the scope of the first release of premium
