Last plugin isn't loading

All plugins load except for the last one, an off-by-one error?

Is better to post your vimrc and the output from :PluginInstall

@nlsun can you please provide more info on which plugin is not loading? Have you tried moving that plugin up in the order?

Or ... can you post what @albfan suggested?
