Use hashlink #8

Hashlink is miles ahead of c++ for Haxe. Looks like it takes 1/10th of the time to compile, all into one neat file.

Nevermind. Hashlink is 100% statically typed. So we'd need to resolve #1 before this.

Also it seems to have a lot of problems other Haxe targets don't.. so
