AS a moderator, I want the username tags removed from the moderation embeds #447

SO THAT they are kept more inline with the current discord username standard

Acceptance Criteria

AS a moderator GIVEN I give a user a moderation action WHEN the bot logs this to the mod log channel THEN the username raw field (the bit inbetween backticks) will just be the username without the username tag (#0001)
