villager needs more card draw to be on parity with harapeko.

one option: can use wild block to draw card. another option: more cards with card draw? start with research in hand? start with research in discard and give it a rule that when i enters the deck, it goes on top? clever, but not sure that helps in extreme drought.

Other options for draw include:

whenever the builder chains two projects
whenever a project uses more blocks than it needed

buying with wild is unsatisfying, as it is sstill very luck-based. Want to try both of the other two, as they feel more skill related.
