[Question] Tacview CLI Interface #7

I want to programmatically start several Tacview instances with different real-time telemetry TCP port. Is there any CLI interface could do this? (I have an advanced license, if it might be a license related feature.) I know this question is not related to this repo, but haven't found anything in the official site or google.
