Off Screen, unable to reset position - Gracefully #224

Describe the bug If you click the top bar (with size adjust icon showing) after slighting upward adjustment, it will size the window upward going off the screen.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Click the top window banner/bar - will size upward off screen

Expected behavior Stops before going off screen. (off viewing area)

Hey, this literally happened to me today as well. Im working on a fix.

In the meantime. Go ahead and run this command:

/gbb reset
