This PR implements a page describing the bug currently present in udev/systemd that hampers people's usage of the ls /dev/serial/by-id symbolic links.
Page was created on our docs as VORONDesign does not have one on their docs. We can use this page, for referencing or referring to on the firmware pages (coming soon™️)
Shiftingtech (mod on VORONDesign Discord) and I coordinated on this document by requesting his approval and accepting a final extra feature/addition.
We agreed to do this on the VzBot docs because their docs have a very slow release cycle.
