Change of height on sticky bar in Chrome Inspector Device ToolBar #27

When scrolling down on List page, the sticky toolbar height changes and doesn't display the inputs properly

(only happens on mobile screen and only happens on chrome mobile simulator... maybe it's an issue with that browser rendering)

Pending to check in real mobile
