出现报错： raise JSONDecodeError("Expecting value", s, err.value) from None json.decoder.JSONDecodeError: Expecting value: line 16 column 1 (char 31) image

报错建议用Postman检查一下图中的 http://yqtb.xxx.edu.cn/ 是否可以通过 Post 方式正确返回以双引号引用的数据。 而且图中没有带上Cookies 等数据用以身份认证，无法分辨提交人，理论上不能提交疫情上报
