If received call is before sent call sign on first QSO line log is processed for that call #10

Is it a good idea to decide the call for the log from the QSO line? This has created N6O and WC6H logs so far. Should use CALLSIGN from the Cabrillo header.

This was done because its often the case that the call in the CALLSIGN record is wrong… Stu
