d5 练了背和臀 划船 高位下拉 螃蟹走

d6 练了肩 18kg 8个就拉不动 10kg的侧平举 8个也力竭。测了体脂率,腹部爆了,还是有氧拉长时间吧,练练心肺和体能,不会太差了 爬坡了

d8 空腹有氧头疼 问了gpt 肌肉太少,容易掉肌肉。所以吃了早饭来练了高位下拉 划船(背阔肌很差,比高位下拉还轻)走了28min 太累了 直接停了image
