The TitleBlockResponse should contain the BOM response as well.

We already have the W24BomTable.
We simply want to add this as an optional value to the W24TitleBlockResponse
Describe alternatives you've considered
We considered creating its own request for the BOM table. There seems to be however hardly any situation where people are interested in the BOM table, but not the title block.
