Add new Section: 'Example of Using Dataset Descriptions' #76

Move the workflow text from #75 to a new informative section on examples of working with dataset descriptions.

Could also add in the data citation example from Melissa's email

Moved text to new section. Need to have the HTML checked for W3C compliance.

Fixed a HTML error unrelated to this issue. HTML validates successfully now.
