windows update

Hello, i would like to know if people who used the script were able to update to windows 10 version 2004 without problem?!

• i'm under windows 10 version 1909 but windows update says that i'm up to date.
• i saw that microsoft don't allow updating from windows update for the moment due to some incompatibilities but i don't have any compatibility warning message (telemetry script blocked that?)
• or something other blocks the update?

Afaik the script has nothing to do with the incompatibility. Microsoft are actually blocking the update on many devices to avoid further issues. Eventually they will push the update in the near future for all the devices. Please note, we had a few issues in the past where Windows Update broke because certain domains / IPs were blocked. The ones that have been reported to break Windows Update are not blocked by default anymore and are annotated accordingly. However, there is no guarantee that these scripts do not affect Windows Update.

I was able to upgrade to Windows 10 2004 without any issues but note that Windows 2004 had introduced a lot lot of bugs, so some devices maybe compatible and some may not. Windows 2004 worked totally fine on my laptop Edit: I did not use Windows' system updater, instead I used the upgrade assistant from Microsoft's website here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
