Hey there @Zoran-Jankov as this repo is currently not really maintained, would you mind opening this PR on my fork? I am trying to somehow semi-maintain it and merge as many PRs as possible / fix as many issues as possible...

I think there is no "simple" way, but you should be able to open my repo and just copy paste your change into my remove-default-apps.ps1...

Or you fork my repo, commit there and then open a PR
