Apply Branded Assets & Guidelines to Application

Use appropriate branded assets (e.g. logos, images) from WSDA and apply branding guidelines (e.g. colors, fonts) to style the Shiny application.

We'll use branding from the Washington Soil Health Initiative (WaSHI), but definitely want to mention the app dev was led by WSDA.
