Embed a GA tag within the Shiny application to give WSDA team feedback on app usage - e.g. where are users logging in from?

@jadeynryan does your team have a Google Tag Manager account already? I believe this will be a prerequisite for set up.

Yes I have an account, but it looks like we need the URL of the app to generate the tag. We can do this after deployment.
