Release 3.0: Integration of Wapor3

We integrated properly a version of the library WaporDL which counts with the following features:

• Download on-demand of GeoJSON files.
• Download of time series unscaled.
• On the side of the wap_plugin, we implemented the following features:

Load the catalog at the respective time wait, to gather the information.

• File management of the rasters downloaded and load it into canvas.
• Management of custom names for the rasters downloaded.
• Definition of the canvas extend, to download time series.
• Creation of a temp file with a GeoJSON created from a shape file. It does not support multiple geometries yet.
• Download in parallel with multiple queries and report the error or success in the progress bar.
• The features of Wapor2 are still available.
• Indicator calculation works assuming conversion factor is already applied on the rasters.
• Minor bug fixed in loading, downloading, and naming of rasters
• Plugin stability improved

*The following features are disabled due to bugs

• Indicator calculation (Equity, Beneficial Fraction, and Relative water deficit) are not working for data in waporv2.
