• Add contributing guidelines
• Complement README.md
• Add list of participating models
• Add your own analysis scripts/notebooks
• Add your own/other issue

Proposed way of working:

• Pick a task from to do list
• Create an issue to discuss it
• Assign yourself to that issue
• Create a PR to address it
• Request a review
• Get it merged
